This catastrophic zorbing accident killed Russian holidaymaker Denis Burakov, 27, when the ball went off course and careened down a gorge in the Dombay mountains in the Caucasus region of southern Russia.
RT.com reports that the other man in the ball, 33-year-old Vladimir Scherbov, survived the plunge with a concussion. The ball eventually came to a rest on a frozen lake.
